Benjamin and his crew built a roof over our back deck. Each man was very respectful, clean, professional, and they did an absolutely beautiful job for a very reasonable price. Benjamin gave us an estimate and when we agreed he gave us the time they would start. They were here when they said they would be and left the job only after they had cleaned up the work area each day. I highly recommend Remnant Construction and will be using them again for any home repairs or additions in the future.
Benjamin and his crew installed a new roof on my home. It was done fast and efficient. They were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I definitely recommend them and will be using them for more home projects.

Benjamin is one of the few good ones. He is a man of his word. He went above and beyond to make sure his job was completed in a timely manner and everything was as we discussed. I look forward to working with him again again in the very near future.
Benjamin and Morgan are a great team and it has been a privilege to work with them. We had some roof damage from strong winds and one evening we noticed water trickle into the house during a heavy downpour. We called Benjamin at 8:30 pm and within 30 minutes he showed up at our house having stopped by at Home Depot to pick up materials to put on the roof to temporarily stem the water leak. Benjamin worked for two hours in pouring rain to address the issue and when the work was done he refused to accept any payment for his labor and hard work !! After a lot of persuasion Benjamin and Morgan grudgingly accepted the money. I wish them all the very best and have no doubts they will continue to serve the Tricties community very well in the years to come…… Rinki and Deep Bhattacharya
I needed a knowledgeable, skillful, dependable, honest, licensed electrician to troubleshoot an electrical problem in my home and to inspect the wiring throughout it. Benjamin was/is that person. He not only inspected and repaired everything in a timely, efficient manner, he educated me on the nature of the problems and thoroughly explained the options available to solve them. I am so grateful to have found Benjamin and I highly recommend his services!

Ben and his team did a great job at installing a fence at my home. They were all very courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner even as they went through some unexpected hurdles. The fence was installed properly and the pickets were aligned well. Shout out to Josh who ensured everything was properly aligned, did some fine tuning and explained everything as the job went. Would definitely recommend!
Benjamin and his crew did a fabulous job putting siding on my son's house and building out and trimming out the garage doors. They were very punctual and professional. The house actually looks like a totally different house! The cost was very reasonable as well!
They built a porch and totally made us live our home again! The crew was amazing! Will definitely keep them in our phone for future projects!!

Remnant Construction redid my roof, siding, and built me a screened in porch. Benjamin is professional, communicative, and he leads a great team. They were able to complete the work quickly even given some very cold and bad weather days! Thank you again Remnant!
Remnant Construction did an awesome job installing a new Steel roof, new siding, windows, doors and adding a covered deck on the back of my house. He and his team were there when they said they'd be, and worked the job start to finish without jumping from one job to another. The crew was very respectful and left everyday with a clean jobsite. I'm very happy with the work and services provided and will continue to recommend Remnant.
Excellent Craftmanship, from an excellent team of builders! Easiest project I have ever hired out. The team is very knowledgeable and took in ever aspect of my existing house into consideration while adding our new front porch. It truly looks like it belongs to the house and has always been there! Met Benjamin at the gym. He had on a company tee shirt with his construction company info on it. At the time I knew I had a project coming up so I talked to him and got his info. Gave him a call and guess what .....HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP, unlike alot of other contractors. That in itself was half the battle. Then he followed up and sent me the estimate. That was another positive because I have found that with contractors, if they show up and decide the job is not big enough for them, they will just ghost you and you will never get an estimate. Benjamin showed up and completed the job and everything went great. I was shocked as to how smooth it went based on my experiences with other contractors. He is a nice down to earth guy and follows through. I plan to hire him in the future for other jobs. I am very happy with him and the work. Being a Realtor, I have worked with contractors for 20 yrs. Hands down one of the best!
I had several shingles blown from my roof in a recent windstorm. I was concerned that a leak would develop if not quickly repaired. I contacted several roofing companies in an attempt to obtain quotes for roof replacement. Ben provided a quote within 2 days. After a discussion we agreed to use the highly windproof GAF shingles that he recommended and that the price quoted for replacement was reasonable. Ben's crew was able to begin removal and replacement 2 days later and completed the job in 2 days. Note that the roof covers about 4000 square feet, is steep at a 9/12 pitch and is 3 stories up. The crew was courteous, worked together seamlessly and did a great job cleaning up the debris. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the quick installation the team was able to accomplish. Ben was most accommodating and quickly responded to the questions that I had. I would recommend Ben and Remnant to anyone seeking a quality roof replacement.
The metal roof was installed on my mobile home in 1 day (as promised). Remnant Construction (Benjamin) was very courteous and professional. Great communication; he answered all my questions and concerns. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything once they were finished. Great work! Highly Recommend! Remnant Construction did an entire remodel on our house. Our home is older and built in the 40s and had been vacant for awhile, so needless to say the work was extensive! They installed and managed all the new framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, roof, trim work, HVAC, windows/doors, siding, painting, kitchen build, new deck, etc. I mean it when I say complete remodel! They were professional, efficient, trustworthy, and great with communication! Benjamin and his crew ensured the entire process went smoothly and stayed on track. We basically got a new house! I would highly recommend!
